Our Mission:
Living the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Enfolding All in God's Love!
At St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church, we believe that our home is more than just a building; it's a sacred space where faith, community, and nature come together. Nestled in a former pecan grove, our 13-acre campus in Albany, Georgia, has been a place of worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth for over 15 years.
We are active members of the Episcopal Diocese of Georgia.
Welcoming Fr. Kyle this fall:
Kyle is a native son of Dublin, GA. Searching for a church that fit what he knew of Jesus led him to the Episcopal Church at UGA’s campus ministry. He was received in 2012 and attended Vocare, an overnight retreat for young adults focused on vocation. Soon after, he was sponsored through the Diocese of Atlanta’s Discerning Young Vocations Experience (DYVE) and was recommended for priestly ordination. He attended Virginia Theological Seminary in Alexandria, Virginia, (M. Div.) and was ordained to the priesthood by the Rt. Rev. Robert C. Wright, Bishop of Atlanta, in June 2018.
Unity with God in Christ
The mission of The Episcopal Church, as stated in the Book of Common Prayer’s catechism, is “to restore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ.” In step with that mission, we follow Jesus into loving, liberating, and life-giving relationships with God, with each other, and with the earth.
As Episcopalians, we believe in and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, whose life, death, and resurrection saved the world. We believe that God loves you—no exceptions.
The Nicene Creed
We believe in one God,
the Father, the Almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all that is, seen and unseen.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
the only Son of God,
eternally begotten of the Father,
