We’re gearing up to give our classrooms and youth room a much-needed clean-up and update, and we’d love your help!
We’re looking for volunteers to lend a hand with assessing inventory, moving furniture, organizing supplies, cleaning, and getting things ready for a fresh new look. We’re also on the lookout for donations to help make our youth room a cozy, welcoming space — things like gently used decor, furniture, books, games, lamps, or other fun additions are all appreciated!
We have rescheduled our first clean-out day for Wednesday, May 14th from 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM, right before Wednesday Night Supper. As a thank you, your meal is on us if you come lend a hand!
After this first clean-up, we’ll reassess what’s left to do and plan for an additional work day.
If you’re available to help, please reach out to me directly — I’d love to have you join us!
Thank you so much for being a part of this effort to create a welcoming and joyful space for our kids and youth.
With gratitude,
Annie Van Oteghem
